On Wednesday June 19, the GTA Tech Leaders Concert Series invites you to join us to kick off the summer season with an evening of camaraderie and fantastic live music. Hosted at The Mod Club, many of Toronto’s leading technology companies, investors and ecosystem supporters are coming together for a large scale social event in support of SickKids.Doors open at 7PM. Live music commences at 8pm and will be played by Bucket List (ensemble of musical tech execs from GTA and Waterloo) and Wellington U (Intelex house band). Both groups have special guests planned that we are super excited about. Food and drinks available for purchase. Ages 19+.
All net proceeds will go towards the Derek Smyth Memorial Fund, in support of the oncology department at SickKids Hospital. Derek Smyth was an executive, venture capitalist and tech industry supporter who many credit with helping build the foundation for a stronger Canadian technology ecosystem.
