Toronto will celebrate its first Digital Literacy Day on May 31 with more than 60 free events or workshops for all ages.

Northeastern University – Toronto in collaboration with North of 41, is presenting a workshop for individuals with a non-technical background interested in breaking into the field of cyber security.

The workshop will provide an introduction to email encryption and will focus on giving a broad understanding of fundamental and trending topics in computer science. A more detailed agenda will be provided closer to the date.
